Here's a little info on our permanent team...

Phil has been in the motorsport business since he was 8 years old, starting his racing career in Cadets before moving on to become the youngest ever Senior British Karting Champion on his 16th Birthday in 1996, and then managing a highly successful race team.

After studying Automotive Engineering at Loughborough University, a career in Formula 1 beckoned - culminating in the leading role of Race Engineer, where he worked with the likes of Giancarlo Fisichella, Nelson Piquet Jnr, Romain Grosjean and Timo Glock.

Phil left F1 in 2010 to join his wife Hannah full time at Formula Fast, applying his enormous technical and racing expertise to the circuit and kart fleet. Along with the attention to detail that goes into making every event special, customers can also boast that their kart was prepared by the very same hands that set up a race winning F1 car!

Hailing from Gloucestershire, Hannah comes from a varied and diverse background. After studying Art History at Scotland's St Andrews University, Hannah forged a glittering career in the diamond brokering trade where she developed a passion for sales and customer service.

More recently, Hannah followed another passion - working with children and young adults with PMLD (profound & multiple learning difficulties). This is still of great personal importance, with Formula Fast providing special equipment to allow those with disabilities and learning difficulties to experience the thrill of racing too.

Hannah heads up the Front of House team at Formula Fast, and with her cheery persona and vast experience you can always be assured of a warm welcome - and a professionally run event.

Originally from Bucks, Stan is a regular on the motorsport scene, having competed and worked in the industry for over a decade.

Stan recorded numerous race wins in karting, with a stint as a works driver for the prestigious 'Venom' chassis manufacturers Paul Carr Racing in the British Karting Championships - as well as working with performance cars as a Palmersport Racing Instructor at the renowned Bedford Autodrome. He is also a qualified ski instructor, with time spent training in Europe and Canada.

Stan has an extensive background in circuit management, having worked for a top UK karting group as General Manager for two well known outdoor circuits. He joined the management team at Formula Fast in Jan 2011, and can usually be found brainstorming, designing a new range of promotional material or eating a Twirl bar.

The youngest and newest member of the team, Ollie 'D' Fox is a relative newcomer to karting but no stranger to speed.

Known colloquially in Oxfordshire only as 'El Bandito', Ollie's alter ego can often be found exploring the performance limits of anything on two wheels. When he's not tearing up the tarmac, however, his enthusiasm for adrenaline manifests itself at Formula Fast where he'll be talking you through anything from the best technique (this time on four wheels) on our GP circuit, to the ideal race format for you and your guests.

Ollie is something of a musical sales guru, having worked in Oxfordshire's top musical instrument store. He joined us part-time in 2011 and we are now thrilled to have him as a full-time member of the team responsible for marketing and customer service.
